Routine Appointments
The above surgeries are by appointment and are available each day. You may consult with the doctor of your choice during the above surgery times. Routine appointments can be booked up to two months in advance.
Emergencies will be seen the same day.
Emergency Surgery
The emergency surgery runs every morning after the booked surgery. This is for patients with an urgent problem who cannot wait for a routine appointment. Patients in this surgery must see any available doctor. We can only offer a limited amount of appointments in this surgery.
If you cannot attend for your appointment please let us know as the appointment can be given to someone else. We are closely monitoring patients who fail to attend for booked appointments and persistent non attenders will receive a letter from the practice which may lead to you being removed from the practice list.
Chaperone policy
In certain circumstances during an examination of an intimate nature, the doctor may request a chaperone to be present. This is to protect both the doctor and the patient. A patient may of course also request a chaperone to be present Important Note About
Mobile telephones
Please switch off all mobile telephones when you enter the building. If a mobile telephone rings during a consultation you may be asked to leave the doctor’s surgery.
